
TSW 201 – One-channel Vibration Transmitter
The TSW 201 transmitter is a one-channel vibration transmitter for non-contact measurement of shaft vibration using eddy current proximity probes. It complies with DIN ISO 10817-1, forms the peak-to-peak value, and is partially equivalent to API 610.
Precise and Flexible Shaft Vibration Monitoring
The TSW 201 provides selectable dynamic measuring ranges of 50 µm, 125 µm, 250 µm, and 500 µm (peak-to-peak) via a front panel switch. A wide range of factory-set filter frequencies between 1 Hz and 6 kHz ensures high measurement flexibility. This allows the device to be adapted to a wide variety of rotating machinery applications.
The transmitter delivers both a 4–20 mA current output and a static gap voltage signal with 4 mV/µm sensitivity and superimposed vibration. It also includes offset and sensitivity adjustment on the front panel, enabling precise tuning for plant-specific conditions.
