TSG 201 – One-channel Vibration Transmitter
The TSG 201 transmitter is a one-channel vibration transmitter designed for absolute vibration velocity measurement using piezoelectric acceleration transducers. It calculates the true RMS value of vibration velocity in accordance with ISO 10816-1, providing accurate monitoring of machine health.
Reliable RMS Vibration Velocity Monitoring
The TSG 201 offers three selectable measuring ranges of 10, 20, and 30 mm/s RMS, with an additional optional range. It uses a 10–1000 Hz frequency filter with 20 dB/decade bandpass characteristics, ensuring precise vibration monitoring across a wide spectrum.
The transmitter provides a 4–20 mA current output and an unfiltered RAW voltage signal directly from the connected sensor, short-circuit protected and isolated. Fault monitoring detects interruptions or short circuits in the probe or cabling, with alarms signaled via a 2 mA output and a red LED on the front panel.
