In-line moisture measurement for solid materials – M-Sens 3
The M-Sens 3 is specifically designed for continuous moisture measurement of solid materials during dosing, including intermittent measurements. It also provides direct and accurate temperature measurement of the material/process. The flow detection function increases the validity of the measurements.
The M-Sens 3 is used for online moisture measurement of:
- All types of dust, powder, granulates, and other bulk materials
- In various installation positions
The M-Sens 3 is known for its uncomplicated installation and simple calibration. Its hygroscopic stability and resistance to mechanical shocks and wear make the entire sensor highly reliable, ensuring a long service life. The sensor window is protected by a ceramic disc, which is highly durable in terms of wear and pressure.
