As a Creative Marketer at Istec, you play a key role in our content and thought leadership marketing strategy. You are involved in both general marketing activities and content creation, with a strong focus on visual content for both online and offline channels.
What will you do?
Istec is undergoing the biggest transformation in its 50-year history: evolving from a local player in the Netherlands and Belgium into a global brand with its own product lines. Strong, consistent visual communication is crucial to our brand development, and your work will have a direct impact on this process.
You will be the third member of our marketing team, working closely with your colleagues to support our international growth from our headquarters in Lisse. Your responsibilities include general marketing activities and creating visual content for both online and offline channels.
General marketing activities
You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, including:
- CRM management and optimization.
- Website management, including content management and SEO optimization.
- Email marketing and marketing automation.
- Organizing events, including webinars.
- Online advertising (SEA, social media ads).
- Supporting internal communication.
- Data analysis and reporting on marketing results.
Content creation
In addition to textual content creation, the focus will be on developing visual assets, including:
- Content for our e-learning platform, the Istec Academy.
- Trade show materials, such as banners, brochures, and exhibition stands.
- Visual content for product launches and training courses.
- Social media assets, such as LinkedIn campaigns.
- Contributing to UX and UI improvements for our website and Istec Academy.
Your profile
This position is suitable for both entry-level and experienced creative marketers. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in marketing and communication, but you can also take on and execute projects independently. Additionally, you have:
- An HBO background or a completed HBO degree in marketing and/or communication, multimedia design, or a related field (at least several years of relevant higher education experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
- Experience in designing for both online and offline applications.
- Affinity with content marketing and social media.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Preferred: Experience with 3D design in Blender.
