1. The first contact
For a vacancy, we require the following:
- Resume
- Motivation letter

2. We respond to your application
Once we receive your application, we’ll check out your experience, skills, and motivation. If we see a potential match, Natalie will give you a call to have a chat and schedule a first meeting.
3. The first meeting
You’ll meet with the department manager to talk about who we are, how we work, and how you’d fit into the team. Of course, we’ll also dive deeper into your skills, interests, and what makes you excited about the role!
4. The second meeting
If we both feel like it’s a good match, we’ll invite you for a second round. This time, we’ll go into more detail about the role, responsibilities, and expectations so everything is crystal clear for both of us.
5. A fitting offer
If it’s a “yes” from both sides, we’ll send you a personalized offer, including all the details on your role, salary, and benefits. We’re all about transparency and making sure everything feels right for you.
6. Welcome to the team!
Congratulations! You are now part of the Istec team. We’ll guide you through the onboarding process, where you’ll get to know the company, your teammates, and everything you need to hit the ground running. The first few weeks are all about settling in, learning the ropes, and feeling at home in the team.
