Option 1: Help me with (re)connecting my Jaquet hardware
We have all the documentation you need to connect your Jaquet hardware yourself.
If you need help (re)connecting your current Jaquet equipment, we have compiled a documentation folder with all the necessary Jaquet information.
Please note: All Jaquet hardware has been declared obsolete. We recommend switching to one-on-one replacements with Istec hardware. Refer to this page to find your suitable one-on-one replacement »
Option 2: Help me transfer from a Jaquet configuration to an Istec configuration
Allow Istec to convert your Jaquet configuration to an Istec configuration while you manage the execution.
If you would like Istec to transfer your Jaquet configuration to an Istec configuration, please email us a detailed description along with any relevant files or connection diagrams. For this option, you will need SpeedSys hardware and will handle the configuration yourself.
Process
Step 1. Provide the following information to sales@istec.com and will send you a quotation: € 225,-
- What type of T501/T601 do you have? 230Vac or 24Vdc?
- Share all available wiring diagrams of the old transmitter
- Share photos of the current (old) situation. Share photos of old transmitter and the wires connected to it.
- Share configuration file from the transmitter. If this is not possible, please fill in this spec sheet with the relevant parameters that need to be programmed to the new transmitter, and send it to us.
Step 2. After approving the quotation Istec will migrate your current Jaquet configuration into a Istec configuration. We will send the SpeedSys configuration to you by email.
Option 3: Help me by providing a configuration-file (digital) based on the hardware I send
Send your Jaquet hardware to Istec, and we will create and provide a digital SpeedSys configuration file.
Process
Step 1. Fill in the RMA form »
Step 2. You will receive a quotation: € 450,- (regular RMA price)
Step 3. Once you approve the quotation, the unit can be sent to Istec. We will read your current Jaquet configuration.
Step 4. We will email you a digital configuration file. You can use this file to enable the SpeedSys.
Please note: After sending the configuration file via email, our standard service is concluded. If additional support is required, we can provide this; however, extra costs may apply.
Option 4: Help me by sending a completely configured SpeedSys based on the hardware I send
Send your Jaquet unit to Istec, and we will migrate your current configuration into Istec hardware. You will receive a fully configured SpeedSys unit.

Step 1. Fill in the RMA form »
Step 2. You will receive a quotation: € 750,- (regular RMA price)
Step 3. Once you approve the quotation, the unit can be sent to Istec.
Step 4. We will send you a fully configured SpeedSys unit.
